Service
One of the very best ways to heal yourself is to go and serve someone else. Here are some personal blessings you will receive from serving others.
It allows you to shift your perspective. When you are focused on your problems, they expand. When you help someone else find solutions you open up your mind to solutions for yourself as well.
Often the person/people you are led to serve hold the answers you are seeking.
You get the opportunity to send love to someone else which will come back to you in some way later. You also get the opportunity to pray for others and be in a place of love and compassion which increases love and compassion for self.
You get to see that maybe your problems are not as bad as you thought and that you are not alone in experiencing trials.
You are extending the circle of love and healing. As you fill and love yourself and then share that love and healing elsewhere, you are literally transforming the world! The ripples keep going exponentially. You are choosing to be a tool for good!
Today, pray to know who you can serve. Follow the promptings you receive and give thanks for the opportunity to be a tool in His hands.
