COMPUMATRIX IN THE THIRD PERSON

YOUR COMPUMATRIX BUSINESS

Sometimes we think we are fully awake only to find out we are still in that dream.

What does it mean when you wake up from a dream and realize the dream was about you waking up? My sister told me once about an out of body experience she had. She saw herself lying in bed sleeping. She scrambled to get back into her body as it terrified her. This was something she learned how to do from a friend of hers.

What does this term conjure up: YOURS, MINE AND OURS! Most people, I would venture, would think about 2 people getting remarried that have their own children. I think of this regarding my COMPUMATRIX BUSINESS.

When I first joined this business, it was MY BUSINESS. Then my wife joined and that was HER BUSINESS. Now, we look at this as OUR BUSINESS.

I write most of the articles that we publish. Before I started writing for myself, I was a GHOST WRITER for other people. Most of what I wrote then was informational factual work. Now, I like to write stories and relate them to my business. After all, how can something like PSYCHOLOGY OF THE HORSE be related to business or chasing Elk up the backside of PIKES PEAK on a Christmas morning be related to business?

COMPUMATRIX IN THE THIRD PERSON

Many of our members have had other family manage their accounts. This I refer to as “IN THE THIRD PERSON”. Sometimes when I write, I really enjoy writing in the third person. It is almost like that dream that you just woke up but you are still asleep.

I have a couple of people that I brought into the business later on. I am sooooo looking forward to showing them the ins and outs of this business and tell them it’s time for them to take the reins! (yes, I’m a horseman)

I enjoy writing from the third person because when I write something about myself, I can see aspects of the story that I may not have seen before. This gives me a chance for a different perspective (and admit when I was wrong).

FROM THE THIRD PERSON, you can see what you need to do to guide the course of your business. Right now with our COMPUMATRIX BUSINESS, we have that third person aspect whereas the Administration is overseeing this for us. Soon, we will have to make some major decisions because IT IS OUR BUSINESS IN THE FIRST PERSON!
