Broken Streak

I found out that my last two postings we're not on target and broke my thirty day posting streak and my one month badge goal. I was feeling defeated and depressed but once I gave it some thought I decided to continue posting occasionally but to go back to commenting and upvoting as my reputation score has not moved at all in the time I was posting daily.
I'm not giving up, I'm just taking a break. I need to regather (if such a word exists) my motivation. I will be focusing on other things on steemit for a while.
