It's same like in previous battle. The winner will be this person who knows how to fight. Also Magritte can create robot or let's say she created it before and it waiting for her command. I don't know how this bots fights and how taught they are.
Warehouse have plenty of space so Jack have option to use his skills without problems. When Magritte need to focus hardly on transferring Bot through. So Jack is able to predict this move and wait for best moment to attack.
Magritte as thief have good agility but still she is not so fast that she can make some surprises for Jack here. Only bots, but they recommend time and focus.
I think Jack will be winner here.
