With the constant growth of online commerce, the integration of different channels - store, website, mobile applications and social networks - is an integral part of a successful business. It allows customers to easily and comfortably move between online and offline platforms, improving their shopping experience. I personally noticed that when a brand offers a seamless shopping experience, it is much easier for me to make a purchase. For example, the ability to order a product through the website and pick it up in the store or vice versa - this greatly simplifies the process. It is nice when a company understands my needs and creates a convenient shopping process, providing various channels for interacting with the product.
