For example, I can start searching for a product in a mobile application and then complete the purchase through the website or even in the store if I need to see the product in person. What I like about omnichannel commerce is the ability to seamlessly interact with brands. For example, if I buy a product online and then want to return it in the store, this does not cause any problems. It is also important that such systems often have data synchronization available, and I can always track the status of my orders, regardless of the channel I used to place them.
