Programming languages in Matrix

Did you ever tried to guess in which programming language is built the Matrix? Maybe it should be something ancient, like Cobol of Fortran (it makes think about very nerdy programmers, with a feticism for something old but reliable). Someone would better use something like C language (maybe C++ or C#), or maybe Java? I hope the Java Virtual Machine could hold all that data.

For sure, it mustn't be something for web (I guess it would be really hard to use PHP for this, with all its $ and typeless variables. Not even JavaScript. Maybe TypeScript? I never used it, we could try). Anyway, what's the ASCII code for all those strange green charactes appearing here and there? Not even Unicode would be enough.

At a certain point, the machines could just throw all those human-readable languages out of the window and make their own, or maybe they can't? Google is still using something readable by its programmers to interact somehow with its AI.
So let's just say The Matrix is made with Excel. Much simpler to imagine. And that brings us to the obvious conclusion: it's Microsoft's fault, as always.

(Maybe we are inside a very good GameBoy simulation???)

In che linguaggio avranno mai scritto Matrix? Qualcosa di antico come Cobol o Fortran? Dovremmo immaginarci, a quel punto, un programmatore con un vago feticismo per quei bei vecchi linguaggi di una volta, vecchi ma ormai affidabili (???). Qualcun altro preferirebbe usare il C, o una sua versione più recente, come il C++ o il C#. O perché no, magari Java? Sperando che la sua virtual machine possa reggere quella quantità di dati.

Sicuramente non dovrebbe esser un linguaggio per il web. Vi immaginate a usare il PHP, con tutti i suoi $ e le sue variabili non tipizzate? Non credo si possa usare nemmeno il JavaScript. Forse TypeScript? (Ditemelo voi, che non l'ho mai usato!) E comunque, quale sarebbe la codifica ASCII per tutti quei caratteri verdi strani che si vedono di tanto in tanto? Non andrebbe bene nemmeno Unicode per quello...

Forse a un certo punto le macchine potrebbero buttare nel secchio tutti i nostri linguaggi fatti per umani? O forse no? anche Google in fondo deve utilizzare qualcosa di leggibile per interfacciarsi con le sue IA.

Questo ci porta alla felice conclusione che Matrix è stata scritta con Excel. Molto più semplice da immaginare. Quindi è colpa di Microsoft, come al solito.

(Magari siamo dentro a una sofisticata simulazione in un gameboy??)
