Here are my recommendations from the February 2019 Previews Catalogs for #comics and other items generally shipping in April of 2019. As always, if there are #comics you think I should be recommending, let me know in the comments. DC

2 - The Terminus Agenda continues this month in the pages of Deathstroke and Teen Titans on page 3. Still not sure how long this crossover will be.

8 - Jonah Hex crosses over in the Adventures of the Super Sons 9

12 - Amanda Conner takes over the art duties on issue 68 of Batman. Still written by Tom King.

16 - Another New Age of DC Heroes wraps up with issue 16 of Damage.

63 - Frank Miller's Ronin gets a new trade paperback under DC's Black Label

66 - House of Secrets: Bronze Age Omnibus volume 2 includes a never before published tale from the 1970s by Gerry Conway

Marvel

So, Marvel is going to interrupt your regularly scheduled comic reading this month to cross-over War of the Realms into 6 of their monthly titles. And on top of that, add 4 related mini-series.

26 - A few good True Believers comics this month including Avengers 260, Infinity Gauntlet 4 and 6 and some special CLASSIFIED issues to be revealed at a later date. Probably contain spoilers for Endgame. My guess is Avengers 48 (1st Dane Whitman Black Knight), and Iron Man 10 (1st Rescue) based on rumors.

40 - Marvel Team-Up returns with Spider-Man and Ms. Marvel. Hopefully, Marvel will give us the legacy numbering on this first issue.

42 - Captain America 10. 'Nuff Said

47 - League of Legends: Ashe - Warmother TPB. For all the fans of the game, here is your chance to pickup a comic with one of the characters. I assume this was a digital first book.

67 - Punisher crosses paths with Daredevil in Daredevil #4.

71 - Punisher 10 - Jigsaw is back in the comics aptly timed after the second season of the Punisher Netflix series.

85 - X-Force 6. If you missed the '90s, Stryfe is now back in X-Force.

92 - Several Star Wars comics get the True Believers treatments, including the final issue of the original Marvel series.

112 - Golden Age Marvel Comics Omnibus volume 1 hardcover. If you want to see the book that eventually led to Marvel Comics, here it is. A little pricy, but includes the first 12 issues of Marvel Comics.

113 - Marvel Masters of Suspense: Stan Lee & Steve Ditko Omnibus vol 1. Lots of comics from the pre-Marvel universe of the 40s and 50s.

119 - A new printing of the first Spider-Man stories starting with Amazing Fantasy 15 and running through the end of the Ditko era at issue 38.

132 - The second volume of Mark Waid's run on Doctor Strange.

145 - Amazing Spiderman Epic Collection Assassin Nation TPB. I loved this story when I originally read it off the shelves. I am sure if I read it again, it would not hold up, but I do have fond memories of the Flag Smasher and ULTIMATUM.

147 - Fantastic Four: Behold … Galactus TPB. We just had some Kirby FF stories in a recent Previews, but here we get the original Silver Surfer/Galactus story.

28 - Pickup your copy of Previews so you can play along at home.

44 - Ascender 1 is a sequel to Descender set 10 years after the conclusion of Descender's storyline. Page 45 includes a nice chart of key events in the universe to help you keep track of important events and characters. There are also 4 pages of story as well.

58 - Section Zero returns with a new 6 issue story from Karl Kesel. Self-described as Jack Kirby does the X-Files.

60 - I had not noticed Jonathan Hickman on Black Monday Murders 9. Has this book been monthly, or is it the first one we have seen in awhile?

65 - The Freeze TP collects issues 1 to 4. I have the first issue, I just have not read it yet. I do like the premise.

79 - Infinite Dark 5 starts a new story arc if you are looking for some science fiction.

112 - Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Comic TPB. If you like the TV series you should buy this book. I really enjoyed the first issue.

370 - Doctor Who: The 13th Doctor issue 7. Read the first 3 issues of this series and so far so good. The characters feel like the characters from TV.

446 - Doctor Who: Doctor Cats shirt. Imagine your favorite Doctor as a cat.

Side Two

118 - Bat-Signal Kitchen Timer that lights up and can even project onto the wall.
