I have an idea that may help. Ally Banking online pays a monthly interest rate to your account. They have the highest rates of all the banks.
Be aware that the feds raised the interest rates so house prices could be affected. However, the economy seems to be better than it was in 2008.
Ally banking CD rates are fantastic.
howdy there cosmiccrimes! that's a great idea. I've looked at Ally before but never compared them to other banks to know they were the best rates though so that helps to know. thanks for the excellent suggestion!
