Ingredients
50 gr of cornstarch
10 gr tapioca flour
65 ml of instant coconut milk
525 ml of water
25 gr milk powder
100 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp vanilla
to taste steamed banana horn slices
to taste corn steamed steamed
Step
Combine all ingredients except bananas and / or corn. Stir well until there are no blobs.
Cook the dough over low heat while stirring constantly.
If it is thick and burst, turn off the fire.
Pour the dough into the cup. Add slices of steamed banana. Or, put the corn on the cob into the dough that has been cooked. Stir, then pour into the cup, can add more corn for topping.
Let it cool and harden (set). May store in the refrigerator.
