Color Challenge Thursday Green, I present you once of the best plants ever!

Very good Thursday for everyone, this time I participate in my first Challenge and I bring you a plant I have in my house, and can help them a lot in case you can have access to it, so let's go to it!

This plant is called Chaya or scientific name Cnidoscolus chayamansa, can grow almost anywhere and requires only a minimum of care.

My grandfather always talks about it´s a SUPER FOOD, the truth never pay a lot of attention, until I started to investigate and got very interesting things,
which I want to share briefly with you, anyway I will share the reference link in case you want to know more about the subject.

In summary, we can consume this plant daily in infusions, salads or even in soups.

Help with weight loss (something very requested in these times)

• Very good source of calcium. It has 330 grams of calcium per 100 grams of leaves - an incredible amount!

• It helps with blood circulation.

• Antioxidant function, since it has a large amount of vitamin C.

But of course, not everything is perfect, and as contraindication are the following:

• It should not be eaten raw, since it contains toxic glucosides and can poison, it is recommended to consume cooked, so it does not have any problem.
• By reducing blood pressure, it is contraindicated for people with low blood pressure.
• It is not recommended for people with kidney deficiencies, because their diuretic properties make these organs work harder.
