Colorchallenge - Thursday - Vegan Green
I have been vegan for a year now and my hardest challenge is finding good food to eat when I travel.
I purchased a Vegan Cobb Salad from the Cheesecake Factory in Houston, Texas that was delicious.
While visiting the River Walk in San Antonio, Texas I found a Vegetarian Salad with lots of guacamole from the Chipotle Restaurant.
