Colorchallenge Thursday Green - Brocoli used completely - No waste

For the Thusday Green color challenge, i am proposing a dish i created where a brocoli is deconstructed and re assembled. I used the stems, the leaves and the flowers as well.

The stem is pickled in a sweet and sour broth.
