Colorchallenge tuesday-orange papaya grandiose fruit

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you are very good friends of Steemit.
Today #tuesdayorange I want to talk a little about the papaya or lechosa as we say in my country.

We can consume it directly, in juice and even in sweet (we can do it with the fruit when it is still green, we cook it with sugar). This is very accomplished here in Venezuela and believe me it is very delicious.

This is a magnificent fruit, that beyond a sweet and rich flavor has many health benefits.
It is a coadjutant of healing; anti-inflammatory, is great for the digestive system, as it helps us to facilitate the digestion of foods difficult to assimilate by the high content of an enzyme called papain, which is also used in the manufacture of beer, cosmetics and food industry.
We can also take advantage of the seeds of this great fruit, since they are ground to be used as a substitute for pepper.

Hoy #tuesdayorange les quiero hablar un poco sobre la papaya o lechosa como le decimos en mi pais.
La podemos consumir de forma directa, en jugo e incluso en dulce (lo podemos hacer con la fruta cuando aún esta verde, la cocinamos con azúcar) esto es muy realizado aquí en venezuela y creanme que es muy delicioso.
Esta es una magnífica fruta, que mas allá de un dulce y rico sabor tiene muchos beneficios para la salud.
Es coadyuvante de la cicatrización; antiinflamatorio,es estupenda para el sistema digestivo, ya que nos ayuda a facilitar la digestión de alimentos difíciles de asimilar por el alto contenido de una enzima llamada papaina, que tambien es usada en la fabricación de cerveza, cosméticos e industria alimenticia.
A las semillas de este grandioso fruto tambien le podemos sacar provecho, ya que se muelen para usar como sustituto de la pimienta.
