Tuesday is represented by orange, or the sacral chakra.
One excellent way to strengthen and align your chakras is to practice yoga, and this is especially true of morning yoga.
This morning my furry love child woke me up earlier than I planned, so I fought the temptation to climb back in bed & snuggle @dwizard & instead went outside for some sunrise yoga.
I made sure to stretch and open my hip flexors, to open that sacral chakra, as well as a few other poses that help with lower back stiffness.
It is really beneficial to stretch in the morning to eliminate stiff aches from sleeping in weird positions. Plus, rising up with the sun & stretching atop the morning dew is a very powerful way to increase your overall wellbeing.
Especially if your pup is with you!
Other added bonus of morning yoga (or any outside activity): It has been scientifically proven that gazing into the morning sun is beneficial for your eyes and brain, increasing blood flow to the brain and relieving mental confusion.
