This is my entry to the Color Challenge, MondayRed / CAYENA FLOWER hosted by @kalemandra.

The beautiful cayena flower, not only has ornamental purposes; because benefits range from medicine to cosmetology. Its main assets are essentially flowers, leaves and stems.

One of the most recognized properties of the cayenne flower, is its repairing power on the hair; since it combats the lack of shine, fall, dandruff and baldness. In addition to this, the cane flower works as an exfoliant, regenerating the scalp.

It is good to know that the cayena flower is recognized for the effect it has to fight insomnia and calm the nerves; either with infusion baths, this miraculous plant is the most recommended natural sedative.
