| Travel South in Summer Escapade | - Manawa Beach Resort🌴😎

Weather's gloomy. A not-so-warm day. Well? A perfect time for travel adventure and have fun!

Waking up at dawn, packing things up, wearing the best suit for the perfect occassion and getting ready for a getaway. All things set, all things in accord. And voila! It's summer time!😎😍

It was an early 5 am, Classmates and I were gathered already in Cebu City and waiting for the service to come. It was highly recommended to rent a mini-bus jeepney going to Alcoy than commuting a bus. And yeah, it took almost 5 hours for us to reach our destination - The Manawa Beach.

Well, it was indeed tiring taking too much time for travelling to South. Yet, it's been all worth it !

And so, Welcome to Manawa Beach Resort - Alcoy, Cebu ! 🌴🌴

Manawa Beach is a quite different beach among other beaches because especially when low tide? You can go to a sand bar through taking a small "bangka". Plus, during 7 am, you will see group of turtles swimming around the see. Unfortunately, I was not able to take a picture of them.

Trivia : Did you know that ‘Manawa’ is a Maori word for "mangroves" which describes the unique location of this beach resort with white sand and crystal clear waters? Now you know! 😉

To describe, Manawa Beach Resort in Alcoy is a perfect private getaway place from your city lifestyle. Ideal for small group, friends or even your family gathering which is basically located in the southern part of Cebu.
