It is just a variant of a watermelon which is color yellow.
Lots of them in Ilocos Region, Philippines.

Actually. The yellow one is my favourite compared to the red one because, somehow, it is sweeter. I am not sure about yours, but South East Asia's yellow watermelon is sweeter than the red one.

@starplatinum is right. It IS a very common watermelon in South East Asia. We have both Red and Yellow.
