Color Challenge - Saturday Indigo - Somebody's Big Birthday ❤️

An amazing cake that tasted fab...better not say who's birthday this was...they would kill me especially as the sparklers that are almost expired on the top of the cake give away their age...

An earlier photo taken with the lights on show the cake in all its glory, the fact all the lights were out when I took the photo seemed to make the blueberries look indigo in colour. So see the other photo below too...same cake but with lights on before it was spiked with the sparklers and taken into a dark room

Needless to say, despite the fact they were shocked at the size of the cake, the sparklers too; it was a gesture that was appreciated in more ways than one.

The cake was even sliced up and taken to neighbours to enjoy as there was so much of it...felt good to spread the love to many others than originally intended - good deeds some are great for the soul...warm and fizzies and all that.
