Sort of wall. In fact it is a fence between local road and this restaurant. This bar is at the foot of skiing slope in Kranjska gora. All made in wood and with tiny details like this one. Very nice!

No, it is only the outer wall dividing the area from the road. The real house is a proper loghouse.
