Yep, but it is not mostly about "non talking" stuff, it's a part of it, but not the most important one:) The thing is while talking and thinking we spend too much inner energy, which can be saved by keeping silence. We woke up at grand, had conversation about Buddhism at 6 am. The Teacher- a Thai monkfor last 25 years, was telling stories about Buddha in English, but from this simple stories he could show some part of Buddhism learning(Dhamma), breakfast - 7 am, then lunch 11 am and the whole day for meditation :) Do you live in Thailand as well or traveling around?

sounds interesting :) I used to life 11 years all over Thailand, mainly in Bangkok, but at the end at many places...Now just a Gypsy :)
