I would put the average value of the insert cards at between $1-$2 with some being more. I have several 1000 insert cards. Some rookie cards are worth considerably more and relic or autographed cards can be between 2 to 3 figures for popular drivers or rare cards. I also collect sheet metal slabs (pieces of the actual race car) A collection is only worth what someone is willing to pay ;)
I have quite a few sheet metal slabs.. not too many offer them now, it seems. I like to find ones that match if I can such as these from driver Danica Patrick.

I also have a 2014 Kyle Larson (Rookie of the Year) contingency panel but I don't have room for too many larger pieces.
