I've transferred 0,12 ETH to my deposit address at your exchange 2 days ago. It arrived at the address according to all Ethereum blockchain explorers. It doesn't show up in my CoinExchange account though. Support is not answering requests. Wanted to buy a coin that shot up 73% since. Totally untrustworthy! I will update my review after you sort this out.

Look I submitted multiple tickets concerning my transaction that was made this past Saturday today is Tuesday and haven’t heard anything yet. This is 1.7 Bitcoin I’m dealing with, what is going on with this platform. If you can’t get an expedited service concerning tickets then please remove your all your funds and find another platform because this is unacceptable.

No response at support tickets, NO response at chat.... i hope this isn't the COINEX guy that blew up the whole exchange some years ago and has gone with our money. COINEX (change) Weird but i still keep thinking about this possiblity.

Terrible exchange, avoid or you will prob lose all your money.
For weeks people have not been able to withdraw their coins and no support or fix.
Now the website is "offline" and looks like the owners have done a runner with our coins.

More and more people saying Coinexchange is a scam. I have 4000$ worth of coins missing. They are very active on Twitter trying to show they care about customer but nothing on the website’ support (no answer on my ticket since December 23rd)
