Coinbase customer service

So finally coinbase fixed my issue, after 2 weeks of no help from customer service. They truely have the worst customer service i have ever seen.
Now the question is this.

1. Do i stay with coinbase now that things are fixed and hope for nothing else to go wrong and have to wait for weeks to have it corrected?
2. switch to a new exchange and hope they are better.

Any recommendations? Thoughts?
