🚫 Coinbase faces two lawsuits

1️⃣ First, CEO Brian Armstrong and other executives are accused of using insider information. Allegedly, with its help, they merged Coinbase shares immediately after the listing and avoided losses in the amount of more than $1 billion.

2️⃣ Secondly, Coinbase is accused of illegally collecting and storing biometric data required to complete the KYC procedure.
