great question,let me give some humble opinion what ICO I have in my mind :)

(1)Phoneum
This crypto is to make new environment for crypto mining which only smartphones are allow,no gpu/cpu and asics.What I like about this ICO is they have working product,so you can test their app how it work,does it heating up the phone,etc...The official released will be in Q4(September to Dicember)
(2)Media Protocol
This ICO is most likely like steemit,not so much research I do about it but
it have beta product,the app name Cryptocatnip.The idea is you can earn by engaged with the article and share.The reason I like about it is I kinda lost to follow up with crypto new,so I kinda motivation for me to reading while making some crypto lol
