If you are objective you may view this statement in 2 ways;
- Islam treats women poorly and is objectively patriarchal and that is not a good thing - Islam bad / women good
- Women need to be controlled because they are less capable then men - Islam good / women bad
These 2 viewpoints are diametrically opposed therefore the observer of this problem must apply their own moral values to come to grips with it.
Do you choose Islam over women's rights?
Those persons entrapped within the doctrine of grievance politics cannot reconcile the dichotomy and will be triggered, experiencing genuine internal conflict as their world view that all beliefs are equal are put to a moral test.
Pointing out a cognitive dissonance in someone often ends with very irrational and irate behavior.
But, i have seen many people try to support both sides, even within the same conversation.
I am glad that someone was able to make it short and succinct enough that people are forced to confront the schism.
I bet most will "forget" this poster in a couple weeks. And will be just as appalled when they sit it again next month.

Such as, islam treats women good and thats good.
I disagree with the statement. Women are given way to much power and privileges under sharia which is bad. Men in the west have been liberated, under islam they are still total slaves to women.
