the first thing that strikes me about the churches, despite their size differences, is how colourful they are. It is interesting how faith is often tied to the land, as if the people have a tactile sense of the presence of God. And then, there are the natural rhythms - the heat of the day, followed predictably, by late afternoon storms. A lovely post.
