Problem: Londoners drink bad coffee. But we have a solution!

We're two coffee lovers from London. We brew and drink best coffee possible almost all the time. There is a big passion and knowledge behind it.

But There is a problem!

Unfortunately we can't say that everybody drink decent coffee in our city as well as other big cities. We can confidently say, the coffee that people consume in London is very low quality... Reason?

There is a huge demand first of all. Everybody loves that holly drink. The reason is obvious. It's awesome. When the demand is high, only big chains like Starbucks, Costa, Nero, Pret etc... set up the game rules. As they powerful in terms of finances, they are able to buy/rent every empty shop in every corner, so they play the game with their own standards which is extremely low.

So what they do?

First of all we don't consider their drink as coffee. They sell coffee flavoured drinks. Mixture of tap water, milk and their low quality coffee. On top of that, they apply extreme pressure and the hottest water in the world to brew the coffee as quick as possible. Everything works to get the maximum profit, not to produce any decent coffee.

When the number one priority is profit, even coffee becomes a second class item in their fancy shops. How? They attract coffee lovers/addicts first; once they stepped inside, the coffee shops becomes a sort of pastry shop with full fat, full sugar items in the display fridge or on the shelves. That's where the money is. Coffee is cheap; only %30 of the revenue comes from it. So they focus on where the big money is.

The funny thing is, everybody is aware of this. People know this. But why they keep going there? There may be a different reasons for everyone. According to our surveys that we made in our little circle, these are: Comfortable seating, no question for all day hangin in, laptop friendly, escaping from rain until it stops etc... Not even one person mentions the coffee.

People don't have a choice. They know they have to drink this big player's coffee and milk flavoured hot tap water drink.

But we have a solution!

We can't solve the entire problem but we can start from somewhere by being a part of solution.

Here is what we can offer:

We can brew a great cup of coffee for you. With spring water. Don't forget, %96 of the coffee drink is just water. Clean spring water is most important ingredient in a quality coffee.

We can also give you options on different brands. Real coffee makers i'm talking about. On the menu; you can see your favourite brands instead of mocha, latte, cappuchino. Menu would be like; Lavazza, illy, Kimbo etc... How cool is that!

We can also brew your coffee without machine! That's a game changer, believe me. We can brew your coffee without high tempterature and high pressure by using a tool called ''Moka Pot'' on the stove! You have probably seen or heard about it. It's a house tool not for shops. But who cares?! That's how we like it and we believe it produces at least 10 times better and more delicious coffee than market coffees. Here is how it's like:

We're not gonna sell you full fat and sugar stuff to make you diabetic. We will have only a few food options as our focus is coffee. But we'll make sure we'll feed you in a right and healthy way.

We love blockchain. The way that system works all makes sense to us. We're planing to offer as much as coin payment options.
