Tequila Sunrise【龍舌蘭日出】

The symbolic meanings of the sunrise are hope, confidence, future, beauty and new start. When the sun rises in the dawn and goes down in the dusk, the process of up and down also presents the meaning of the life.

Here is a cocktail called【Tequila Sunrise】I want to show you which will encourage you and make you full of morale, and also turn you to be a Mr. and Miss Sunshine!
今天肉肉要介紹這一杯喝了能振奮人心、充滿鬥志，也會像個青春洋溢的陽光美少男、美少女的調酒─【龍舌蘭日出】！

Ingredients:
2 oz tequila
4 oz orange juice
3/4 oz grenadine
1 glass of ice cubes
an orange slice or cherries(garnish only)
所需材料：
2 oz 龍舌蘭酒
4 oz 柳橙汁
3/4oz 紅石榴汁
柳橙切片或紅櫻桃(裝飾用)

Directions:
製作方法：

1. Add tequila into the iced glass.
   將龍舌蘭酒倒入裝了冰塊的杯中。
   

2. Add the orange juice into the glass and stir.
   再將柳橙汁倒入杯中攪拌均勻。
   

3. Add the grenadine quickly from the edge of the glass, do not stir, allowing it run down to the bottom of the liquid and then begin to rise to create the sunrise effect.
   最後將紅石榴汁沿著杯緣迅速倒入杯中，不要攪拌，使之快速沉入杯底然後慢慢向上擴散，製造日出的效果。
   

4. Garnish with an orange slice or cherries.
   可以柳橙切片或紅櫻桃裝飾。
