One of my favourite cocktails
Mixology has been a hobby of mine for quite a long time now. I enjoy to fix myself a cocktail every now and then and the Boulevardier has been one of my favourites lately.
It's basically a Negroni made with whisky instead of gin. If you want to give it a try, here's a quick recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 ounces bourbon (you can use rye instead, if you prefer)
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir untill it's well-chilled and then strain into a glass with ice.
I used a maraschino cherry for garnish, but you can't go wrong with the classic orange peel.
