30 mL Vickers (or other) pink gin
15 mL Fiorenté (or other) elderflower liqueur
30 mL lemon juice
10 mL / 2 tsp (or bar spoons) sugar syrup
1 sprig mint

Top with crushed ice and garnish with a fresh lychee and a mint sprig
