Once you login, after email verification, you can immediately start trading. No need to verify your account at Level 1. It also has a limit of withdrawal set up to 3 BTC. To withdraw more than 3 BTC you need to level up to 2nd stage where the whole verification process takes place like submission of necessary documents and information.
