Interesting article about how hurricane Laura intensified so rapidly right before it made landfall, and what we can learn from it. The weather is so fascinating to me, how one thing effects the other. And Laura was a big storm, bigger than a lot of people thought. It just shows it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to these storms. Hopefully that will be the last to hit the US this season, fingers crossed.....
