RE: WhereIn On The Road - Community Version 1.0 Launch & Delegation Plan
WhereIn is based on compliance with Chinese laws and regulations. After guaranteeing this, we will use blockchain technology to bring benefits to ordinary Chinese people. Our most important task at present is to bring the Steem blockchain to as many ordinary users as possible and use it in daily life. Instead of letting Steem play in a small closed loop, Stegate can't be used on a large scale.
We also believe that the Steem blockchain is open, viable, and a positive exploration of blockchain technology, and China will like it very much. Although China has restrictions on the mainstream Internet, China will not reject new technologies, or the Chinese Internet will not develop so well. The reality is that China is more open than we think. We do what we can do,when we meeting the problem, we can have a dialogue with managers. They always support innovation and entrepreneurship.
That being the case, are you verifying the identities of users?
If you are sure that you can get hundreds of thousands of people in China to sign up, without the government trying make WhereIn follow the 区块链信息服务管理规定 - Blockchain Information Service Management Regulations, then that would be a great achievement. I’m just not sure how probable that is.
Yes,we will follow the Regulations on Block Chain Information Service Management.
If the Steem blockchain want to enter Chinese life, it must comply with Chinese laws and regulations, and we will handle these issues ingeniously.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. I still think the existence of services to create anonymous accounts on Steem (not to mention the relative lack of censorship) render it incompatible with those regulations. But if you know a way around these issues without being complicit in government oppression, I genuinely do wish you the best of luck.
We will go looking for the balance
