🍽[煮食日記] 日式抹茶蕎麥涼麵|[Cooking Diary] Home-made Soba noodle
早前在日本宇冶買了抹茶蕎麥麵包,加上老爸喜歡吃涼麵,今天有時間便試一試煮抹茶蕎麥涼麵~
Recently, I have bought Matcha Soba noodle pack in Uji, Japan. As I have some free time today, I tried to cook the soba noodle.

以下是我用的材料 These are the ingredients I used:
抹茶蕎麥麵包 Matcha Soba noodle pack
青瓜 Cucmber
三文魚 Salmon
雞蛋 Eggs
冷麵汁 Noodle Sause
煮熟抹茶蕎麥麵,大概煮6-8分鐘就可以啦 Cook the Matcha Soba noodle pack (about 6 to 8 mins)
煮熟抹茶蕎麥麵後就把它放在冰水中過冷河 When the Matcha Soba noodle is cooked, put it in the iced water
接下來,就是要煮半熟蛋,大火滾煮5分鐘,後5分鐘用勺攪拌著煮,令蛋白加快凝固 Cook the eggs for 5 mins with full power of fire, and then cook and stir the eggs for the other 5 mins to let the egg white to become solid
然後把蛋放到冰水裡冷卻, 令雞蛋停止受熱和會更容易剝蛋殼 Put the eggs in iced water to cool down
最後就是製作三文魚,用檸檬汁和鹽調味,放到焗爐裡焗15分鐘 Bake the Salmon with lemon juice and salt for 15 mins
把冷麵汁加到麵裡,就可以吃啦!大家也試試做蕎麥涼麵吧,很適合現在炎熱的天氣~
