You can use "google" translate. It's not perfect... particularly when it come to the idioms, but it's pretty clear for the most part.
Sounds like some lame on Steemit is complaining about Asian posts. @rivalhw is for some reason taking him seriously and attempting to respond in a rational reasonable defense of his / their content.
