This time, we'll be exploring TOWNHOUSE, a special restaurant located in Central. As you may know, Central is the CBD of this territory. But does it mean you have to spend a fortune if you wanna spend precious time with your friends, have mouth-watering food as well as enjoying the stunning view of Hong Kong😢? The answer is definitely a NOOO ! TOWNHOUSE is a restaurant which is able to satisfy all the above wants! What are you waiting for? Let's go!

親愛的Steemit朋友們好，大家最近過得怎麼樣？相信我們都記得，上次我帶大家探索了香港大學。希望你喜歡它！今天，我要帶大家探索位於中環的一間特色餐廳——TOWNHOUSE。想必大家都知道，中環是香港的CBD。可這是否代表著如果我們想在這裏與朋友共度美好時光、享受美食和欣賞醉人的美景，我們就要掏出一大筆錢呢😢？答案絕對是「不！！！」TOWNHOUSE能滿足你上述的所有要求！你還在等什麼？讓我們出發吧！

TOWNHOUSE, together with GLASSHOUSE and GREENHOUSE, is a restaurant innovated by the Gaia Group. It aims at 'highlighting Hong Kong's city feeling'. The designer made a mix-and-match of the surroundings to the interior design. There's a Jacobean house with dark grey painted timber panelling on the entrance side.

TOWNHOUSE和著名的GLASSHOUSE與GREENHOUSE一樣，都是Gaia Group旗下的創新餐廳。它的定位是「突出香港的城市感」。設計師將周邊環境與室內設計做了混合配搭。在門口，我們可以看到一個詹姆斯一世建築風格的屋子，配以深灰木製鑲板。

Oh the window side, the room's been kept bare with raw concrete wall and ceiling. Townhouse is created to be a 'darkened cinema', enabling more attention to be put on the amazing lights of Hong Kong. Although we went there at lunch time, we were still stunned by the astonishing view of Hong Kong!!

在窗邊，房間以簡潔大方為設計理念，配以水泥牆及天花。 Townhouse被營造為「黑暗的電影院」，讓顧客將注意力自然地放在窗外絕美的夜景上。雖然我們來的時候是中午，但完全無礙我們欣賞美麗的香港景色！

And here comes the most important thing- FOOD!! Townhouse showcases the marriage of Asian food and Western cooking method. Innovative dishes created by their award-winning chefs include bacon and 62°C egg, cheese rice noodles, ***chicken wings with lime and soooo on!!!

最重要的東西出場了——食物！！Townhouse體現了「用西方烹飪技巧創造亞洲美食」的精髓。由得獎大師親自創作的創新食品包括煙肉及62°C雞蛋、芝士湯麵，青檸雞翅等等等等！！！

Signature Features

For me, the most special thing is that you can try 'Fondue set with egg puffs'!!!! What?? If you're a fan of Hong Kong street food, you have to try this!!! What's better than enjoying delicious egg puffs with cheese, brownies and fresh fruits? I won't tell you you can DIY at home with 1/5 the price

對我來說，最特別的食品莫過於「雞蛋仔火鍋」了！！！什麼？？如果你愛吃香港的街頭小食，那麼你一定要嘗試這個！有什麼比一邊享受芝士雞蛋仔，一邊品嚐布朗尼和新鮮水果更美好的事情？我可不會告訴你如果在家DIY的話只需要1/5的價錢

One of the most special feature is 'Hamachi sashimi, green apple wasabi ice and yuzu'!!! It's sweet, sour, spicy and fresh at the same time, but the tastes are unexpectedly balanced. It'll definitely satisfy your greedy taste bud!!

其中最特別的一道菜是「油甘魚刺身伴青蘋果芥末冰及柚子汁」！！它既甜又酸還辣且新鮮，幾種味道卻出乎意料地平衡。它絕對會滿足你貪婪的味蕾！

Hamachi sashimi, green apple wasabi ice and yuzu

The drinks of Townhouse are inspired by both Western and Eastern countries. You can find many unpredictable yet amazing drinks here!! 'Popcorn Avenue' is definitely one of them. It's made of Popcorn Infused Tequila Gold, Apricot Brandy, Fresh Lemon Juice, Grilled Yellow Bell Pepper and Vanilla Syrup. What a special cocktail!!

Townhouse的飲品創新是受到東西方國家啟發。你可以在這裏找到許多意想不到卻令人滿足的飲品！「爆谷大道」絕對是其中一個。它是由加入爆米花的龍舌蘭酒、杏子白蘭地、新鮮檸檬汁、烤黃園椒和香草糖漿炮製而成的。多麼具有特色的雞尾酒！

Popcorn Avenue

Also, I'm sure you'll be interested in 'Golden Triangle'! 🍸 It's a sweet rum based cocktail and...it LITERALLY STANDS OUT!!! There's a pyramid of foam infused with curry leaves. Another special cocktail! It's made of Curry Leaves Infused White Rum, Peach Liqueur, Apricot Brandy, Sour Mix, and Molecular Ginger Foam.

我敢肯定你會對「金三角」有興趣！🍸它是基於甜朗姆酒而製的雞尾酒，而且......它是真真正正的「突出」！！酒上有金字塔式的泡沫，上面灑滿了咖喱葉。又是一個「出類拔萃」的雞尾酒！它裏面的材料包括咖喱葉、白朗姆酒、梨酒、杏子白蘭地、混合酸以及分子姜泡沫。

Golden Triangle

One more special drink... 'Signature Rainbow Butterfly Ice Tea'! Have you heard of butterfly pea tea? It can improve blood circulation, prevent loss and graying hair, cleanse blood vessel and improve vision:):) It's a popular tea in Taiwan, but seems not in Hong Kong. Townhouse provides a glass of tea with butterfly tea topping. Worth trying!!

再來一個特別飲品——「招牌彩虹蝴蝶冰茶」！大家有聽過蝴蝶豆茶嗎？它具有活血、防掉髮灰髮、清血管以及增強視力的功效:):)這種茶在台灣已經十分有名，但似乎在香港還沒有太多人發現。Townhouse會提供一杯冰茶，我們可按照喜好添加誘人的蝴蝶茶。絕對值得一試！

The above are just SOME of the examples. Quite expensive, aren't they? That's why I suggest the 'Special Lunch Set'.

I ordered 'Pork neck with laksa soup nice noodle'. It's just GREAT!!!

我點了「豬頸肉喇沙河粉」。真的太美味了！！

Therefore if you go there at lunch, you can taste great food with daily soup or salad and coffee or tea, spend invaluable time with your family or friends, and enjoy the wonderful view of Hong Kong in the VERY CENTRE of the city with $15USD!!!

所以，如果你在午飯時間去的話，你就可以用15美元來換取讓人垂延三尺的食物、湯、咖啡或茶、與親友談天說地的美好時光，以及迷人的香港景色！！不要忘記，你是在香港的中心哦！
