熊掌豆腐是一道四川省的传统名菜,属于川菜系。主要食材有豆腐、猪肉。熊掌豆腐,制作精细,成菜颜色金黄,豆腐软香,味道咸鲜,具有较浓的地方风味。
豆腐营养丰富,富含高蛋白。很多人都喜欢豆腐,豆腐不仅营养价值高,口感好,可以制作很多美食。比如豆腐鱼,麻婆豆腐,肉沫豆腐等等。小时候外婆常给我做豆花,吃不完的豆腐就会单独来做豆腐,那时候可喜欢吃豆腐了。自家做的豆腐总是有一股豆香味,即使豆花汤也是甜甜的。从小吃到大也不曾厌倦豆腐的味道。”
