卤肉

最近最谗想吃点肉,奈何菜市场的肉比我的肉还贵。所以不敢买太多,只是买了45块钱五花肉回来。
对于卤肉以前吃得真是回味无穷。所以我今天重新做一次来解馋。
卤肉其实很简单。比做任何菜都容易做。只要把肉往锅里放,让它自己煮就好了。
不过配料要自己折腾。

  • 十三香一勺
  • 小辣椒2个
  • 生姜几片
  • 蒜头4片
  • 老抽一勺。
  • 盐巴自己调到适量。

这样就OK可了。放到锅里煮开。然后小伙顿30分钟-40分钟就好了
