欧元区外旅游要小心Euronet的ATM机

最近去波兰，发现从机场到市内，满大街都是Euronet的ATM机，而传统银行的ATM机屈指可数。他家作为竞争者给消费者带来好处了吗？完全没有。不但没有，而且带来了更多的坑。

如果你用他家的ATM机取现当地货币的话，他会建议你直接按你银行卡的货币来结算，汇率嘛就是按照那个臭名昭著的DCC(dynamic currency conversion)换算的，差不多相当于10%的手续费。当然你也可以坚持以当地货币来结算，不过与一般的银行ATM机不同，他要收取13PLN的手续费，约合3欧。想象下机场的人流量，这真是台印钞机那。

如果看名字你可能会觉得他是家欧洲公司，可实际上他的总部在美国。如果在美国的小伙伴们有机会去工作的话，相信待遇肯定很不错。他家的路线感觉是先ATM机铺货，然后收购ATM运钞网络，之后再提高运费把竞争对手都挤出去，最后进一步提高手续费来赚取垄断利润。不过真做得太过分的话欧洲犯了垄断机构估计就要下手了。布鲁塞尔最喜欢保护普通消费者了:)
