前几天吃了朋友做的西班牙海鲜盖饭,甚是喜欢。我甚至觉得用“海鲜盖饭”四个字没法表达出我对它的满意程度,所以干脆叫它“风情盖饭”算了。

需要准备的食材比较多,但都不难买,大一点的超市几乎都能一站式购齐,为了怕大家有买不到的食材,我还将其中几样比较难买的食材给做了替换,但大家别担心,口味依然很棒。

需要的食材如下:

海鲜类:牡蛎、扇贝、海虹、海虾(关于海虾的选取方法,可以回看我的上一篇文章。)
调料类:黑胡椒、白胡椒、辣椒粉、生姜、苹果酒(度数在4度左右)、高汤(可以用排骨汤来代替)、白糖
其他:橄榄油、大米
