My rail life #4: Zigong, the lonely station and wonderful trains

My first impression of Zigong is about a famous dish— Dandan Mian, spicy Chinese noodles. People say that while traveling in Zigong, you'd better try and taste local dishes. The interesting fact is Zigong restaurants ranking the first in Chengdu!
Zigong is the third largest city in Sichuan. It's a place where produce salt during last thousand years. Zigong is well known as “Salt City” for its salt-related culture. The local residents are proud of their long history and culture.
Dongxingsi Railway Bridge
Zigong Railway Station is an important station along the Neijang-Kunming railway which is a single-track railroad. There are two places where I found to see trains. One is Dongxingsi Bridge, the other is the hill near the railroad.

In August 2017, I made my second trip to Sichuan. I visited Zigong Railway Station and enjoyed delicious dishes. I took some pictures near the station including SS3, HXD electric locomotives, DF4 shunting locomotives.
