How to advertise online to China with the barrier of language?

My company wants to get clients from China since China is a very big market. There is a very big opportunity in China; however, the greatest difficulty the company is facing is the language. None of the employees speak Mandarin and all the employees only speak English. I believe there are many talented individuals here who might have the solution to our problem.

Do you know of any way for us to get Chinese clients by promoting online in China in spite of the fact that no one of us speaks or understand Mandarin? I have been thinking of this many times already yet I could not come up of any solutions.
