Eat with Mellissa #4! Old Fashion Hong Kong Food Stall Experience ~ 出了名的老字號特色蕃茄湯麵＜勝香園＞

早上一副明顯沒有睡醒的樣子～

Hello Steem的朋友們！ 今天大家食了什麼早餐呀～正所謂一日之計在於晨，我從小就已養成睡前就想好明天早餐要食什麼的習慣 LOL hahahahah 也許我真的太愛食了 ＝）
今天我想和大家分享一下我其中一個非常愛食的早餐，就是位於中環的老字號特色茶檔＜勝香園＞了 ！相信香港的朋友對於它一點都不陌生，甚至有來過香港的朋友應該都有來食過～因為它真的是太有名了 ！

Hello my dear steemit friends ! How was your morning ? Did you get a great breakfast ? I always think breakfast is really important to us ~so....every night when I on my bed about going to sleep I always already decide what will I get for my breakfast since I'm a little girl LOL (sorry steemi i think I just love to eat so much XD )
Today I wanna share with you all one of my favourite breakfast~ the Old Fashion Hong Kong food stall experience in Central ~ this place's call Sing Heung Yuen. Maybe some of you already heard about this place, cos that's famous!

紅紅的蕃茄湯，看了心情就不錯～

這是豬扒和蛋～tomato soup macaroni with pork and egg ~

雖然它的餐選擇不小但我其實每次都是食一樣的東西～就是蕃茄牛肉湯通粉因爲我不太愛食加工食物像午餐肉，火腿之類的東西，而且我覺得牛肉的味道和蕃茄的搭配是最好食的！當然如你不食牛肉的話，這裡也有像豬扒或雞扒可選的。
這裡的蕃茄湯麵之所以有名，我覺得就是它的蕃茄湯底真的很足料，不鹹亦不甜 真的是酸酸的蕃茄味。所以就算它是路邊的茶檔夏日炎炎之下沒有冷氣，也還是食得很開胃！如果真的是很怕酸的朋友，其實可以用桌上給熱飲用的砂糖，加一點到蕃茄湯之中，湯會立刻有一種很鮮甜的口味喔！

although there have quite a choice in the menu, but I order the same food every single time when i get here~ that's tomato soup macaroni with beef !I dunno why i just love this combination ! maybe is because i dun like eat ham or sausage~also if you dun eat beef here also have chicken and pork in the menu ~but I just love tomato match with beef ~ =)

必點的"檸蜜脆脆"！the other must order item, honey lemon toast !

除了蕃茄湯麵之外，必點的還有"檸蜜脆脆"！每次點品質都是一樣好，雖然有時候要等很久，但真的是值得的!!!
用的豬仔飽烤的鬆脆不在話下，蜜糖加上新鮮的檸檬汁才是重點！我覺得這個真的是簡單卻用心的小食!!!非常值得一食再食！

I also wanna recommend you guys the honey lemon toast ! although this snack need to wait a while sometimes ~but i can tell you this is worth for wait !the crunchy toast with honey lemon sauces( fresh lemon juice ) ! Is just delicious ! sometime i even cant get enough in one i need to order two of this hehehe~Is just delicious !

由於今天天氣太熱，所以我點了檸蜜，想說多點清爽的感覺，但我還想推薦給大家的是它們家的冰摩卡，因為一般的茶餐廳真的很少會有摩卡，但這麼摩卡充滿了茶檔的港式味，非常好喝！不個為什麼每次喝到這裡的冰摩卡，都有一種覺得有趣可愛的感覺～雖這兩個形容詞真的很少會用來形容飲料，但這就是我的感受，你們也快點去嘗嘗告訴我你們的感受吧～

Because it was so hot outside today, I ordered honey lemon drink to refresh myself~ But i also wanna recommend you steemies ice mocha here is so yummy ! Of course that's not a Italian style mocha , but in here you can have a Hong Kong style mocha is really good also !

有一些去過的人會覺得，在＜勝香園＞用餐時，服務的阿姨叔叔態度不好，但這人點從來都沒有在的身上發生過。我覺得，服務的那些阿姨叔叔都是上了年紀，卻用自己的努力工作著，我們點餐的時候態度好，對方也會用好的態度回應～而且到＜勝香園＞坐在路邊，食的就是繁忙的香港味～感受地道的老香港文化不是嗎?

Some people may think the waiter and waitress are rude in there, but it never happen to me ~ I think most of the waiter and waitress are almost over 50~60 , and they are still work hard for their life , is really worth to respect them~and I always think if you in a kind and good attitude, no-one will be rude also ~besides we came here for the busy Hong Kong local culture right ?

溫馨小提示又到了～我之所以說＜勝香園＞是我愛食的早餐，因為我只會在早餐的時間去。每每一到午餐時間開始，店家的客人就會超多，無論是上班族還是遊客都會一起湧到這裡來～所以我覺得上午11：30前來到是最安全的，否則有時候真的等20分鐘都還沒有位置呢～

P.S. I said this is one of my favourite breakfast is because I only come here in the morning. Cos always start to have many people when is over noon !no matter people work around here come for lunch or tourist ! So I think is the best if you can come by before 11:30 a.m ~ Or you may need to wait over 20 mins for a seat ~
