制作水晶胶工艺品 Crafts made of Crystal glue

今天，我想介绍一个简单易行的水晶胶工艺品制作方法。水晶胶在我们的日常生活中广泛应用，尤其应用在表面装饰方面。水晶胶由两种组分构成，A胶和B胶，可以根据化学原料和硬度来分类。在这里，我用的是环氧型水晶胶，这种胶对操作环境的要求不严格，一般的室内环境就可以，并且需要数个小时才能凝固，能够给我们充足的时间来操作。好了，让我们开始制作吧！

Today，I want to share a simple protocol of making crafts using crystal glue. Crystal glue is widely applied in our daily life, especially in surface decoration, consisting of A glue and B glue. Crystal glue can be classified by chemical material or hardness. In this post, I use epoxy crystal glue which can be operated in general environment and solidify in several hours giving people enough time to work before solidification. Let’s get started!

Prepare materials and tools

步骤
1.按体积比为2.5:1的比例混合A胶和B胶。
2.用小棍顺着一个方向搅拌2-3分钟。
3.静置5或10分钟，消除气泡。期间，我们可以选择模具和干花，并摆好造型。
4.小心轻柔地将胶水倒入模具中。仔细观察是否有气泡，可以用牙签或者针将气泡挑出来。
5.室温下，一般12-24小时左右就可以凝固，温度低的时候时间会长一些。

Process
1.Mix A glue and B glue with a volume ratio at 2.5: 1.
2.Stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes with a stick in one direction.
3.Let the mixture stand for 5 or 10 minutes to remove air bubbles. During this time, we can select dry flowers and pose them in a mould.
4.Pour the glue mixture into the mould gently and carefully. Keep watching and remove air bubbles using a toothpick or a needle.
5.It may takes about 12-24 hours to solidify at room temperature, and longer at low temperatures.
