小院子里的丝瓜还在开花，其实这种花是可以吃的，在我们老家，丝瓜花用水烫一下，然后在米粉里裹一下，适当在米粉里加点盐。晒干后，可以用来蒸肉吃，或者直接油炸一下也很脆，不知道你们吃过没有？
