过年全家团聚，常年旅居欧洲的亲戚也回国省亲，带给我们一个非常复古漂亮的意大利的烤面包机，De'Longhipai牌，国内好像叫德龙，之前知道这家公司的咖啡机也很有名气。

面包机很惊艳，不论是外观还是功能，都透着一股高端大气生档次的感觉。一家人聚在一起热热闹闹，也有时间，于是在一起尝鲜烤吐司面包。咱们国家人不习惯吃面包，所以当主食吃的没有味道的全麦吐司面包很难买，只能买到那种面包房或者糕点房里面带奶油香味的面包，偏软一点，凑合用了。

起先烤了两片，温度档调的太高，没两分钟，竟然烤糊了，不知道是奶油面包容易糊，还是火力确实大。但烤糊的吐司面包也香气四溢，把全家都吸引了来。可惜完全没法吃。

然后又烤了两片，这次好多了，只是有一点点小糊，但完全可以吃了，结果就是一抢而光。

第三次烤，技术依然非常娴熟了，终于烤出了外焦里酥，软硬合口的完美的吐司面包！遗憾的是，刚烤出来的面包实在太美味了，大家根本等不及我加其他的佐料。我还准备了番茄酱和草莓酱，准备摸上去的。。。。还有火腿肉和生菜准备做成三明治的。 哈哈，只能等到下次啦！
