Rescue succulents

My succulents are putting all different sections in my backyard. Since end of June, we always had hot weather, most times 100 degrees or higher. My hubby was a one who watered the plants everyday. I told him to stop watering my succulents, and I would do it myself.

I saw some succulents started legging. That means a gap between the leaves is getting longer. That’s not what I want. I want the leaves closing each other and chubby.

One day I saw him watering the plants and flowers in backyard. He sprayed the water to one section of my succulents. I told him to stop doing it. Succulents didn’t need water every day. I watered them like once every week or wait until they are dry. When I watered them, I needed to soak them all wet.

To stop the succulents getting legging, I need to put them under a lot of sunlight. If it’s not working, I would cut the head off and put it on top of soil. It will start growing roots and become a beautiful plant. I told him to leave my succulents alone!
