The floating relic - Angkor Wat
The beauty of Angkor Wat will engrave on my mind foor good. It is such a shame that most of my photo about this priceless relic was lost when I dropped my camera in to the lake and only some left in my phone.
Angkor Wat was built in the middle of a lake and was thus called a "floating city" surrounded by water.
Numerous tourists from every corner of the world were attracted to this relic by its reputation.
As it is surrounded by water ,within this lost city, lost of places are connected by bridge. There are always multitude of visitors crossing the bridge, thus you have to pay extra attention to avoid any accident which I failed and lost my camera.
Angkor Wat was originally named as Vrah Vishnulok which means sacred dwelling of Vishnu. It is the largest monument in the world with lot of tamples and altars.
The relic has basically became a tropical jungle with lot of giant trees.
P.S. During the drive to Angkor Wat in the morning ,the car in front of us lost control and flipped upside down. It was grateful that no other people was hurt. What an unforgettable experience.
